Packington Free Range offers the finest free range pork and poultry products. Their philosophy is “What’s good for the land and the animals will naturally be good for us and better for our customers”. Their farm is located just a few miles from Catton Hall, so we are delighted to be able to use such locally sourced, tasty meat.
Just Oil
Just Oil produce an award winning range of Cold pressed rapeseed oil products that we use on all of our meat and game courses. Just Oil is a versatile oil with half the saturated fat of olive oil & is naturally high in omega 3. It has the added benefit of being able to withstand higher temperatures than most other oils, so is very useful for frying.
